The Passover dates listed below were determined using the lunar observations of the U.S. Naval Observatory Astronomical Applications Department: the complete range of this data is attached. As noted by the original author, to whom we are indebted, the times have been adjusted ahead by two hours for Jerusalem time.
The rules of the passover do not allow a passover on a Wednesday, in which case, it will be moved to the 15th of the month. For example, in 2000, 2002, and 2003, the Passovers were all moved from Wednesday the 14th day of Nisan, to Thursday, the 15th day of Nisan. This fullfilled the prophesy in the Targum of Hosea 3:2, which said, “I redeemed them by My Memra (My Word) on the fifteenth day of the month of Nisan.”
