4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.
they will see His face – Christ is the image of the invisible God (Col 1:16). Isaiah called Christ, “the Messenger of His Face” (Isa 63:9). The Hebrew word translated as “presence” actually means face. Christ was the Yihvah ELOHIM in the Garden of Eden, of whom Cain said, “from Your face I will be hidden” (Gen 4:14).
His name will be on their foreheads – the name of God, see also Rev 3:12, and Rev 14:1.
